In the video below, MaKayla Barstow, a Connecticut teen who is very active in her community, talks about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. As a member of the Young Marines program - she actually won Division 1 "Young Marine of the Year" earlier this year - MaKayla has been involved in several local drug use prevention activities.
She also gives advice to teens struggling with peer pressure. Watch the video below.
