Nicknamed "smart" drugs, these pills are stimulants designed to help those with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, or ADHD. Adderall is one of the more known brands of these drugs. The drugs help students focus on their studies, which is why so many students take them even without a prescription.
