Philadelphia reports 40 drug overdoses in one night

(Outbreak News Today, Nov. 20) Philadelphia experienced a surge in drug overdoses recently, as many as 40 in one day. Typically, the city sees 10-20 in one day. Reports suggest that certain "brands" of heroin may be linked to the overdoses, including Indian Creek, Knock Out, Swine Flu, and Scum Bag.
