Simi Valley Teen Creates Anti-Heroin Film For Students As Cautionary Tale

(CBS Los Angeles, Sept. 9) A Los Angeles teen created a short film to send a message about the dangers of drugs, particularly heroin, to young people. He made the film, "Poison," after being approached by a nonprofit group called Not One More. Alex Martinez had created a film about drunk driving before which caught the eye of the group. This comes as heroin overdoses rise in the area, where a quarter of all overdose deaths are due to heroin. READ MORE.
